Steven E. Sarafian began his career in 1999 at Hyper Network Solutions (HNS), a West Palm Beach wholesale health-products company, where he rose from Senior Account Manager and National Media Director to Chief Operating Officer. As COO from 2010 to 2014 he helped grow sales from $4 million to $45 million before the company's $60 million sale to private equity.

In 2014 he joined SlimFast, then a Kainos Capital portfolio company, as CIO and EVP of eCommerce. He led the shift of a 40-year-old retail brand toward digital, launching the SlimFast Together app and later ShopSlimFast, the brand's first direct-to-consumer store. Annual e-commerce revenue grew from $2 million in 2016 to more than $40 million by 2021. He was part of the management team when Kainos sold SlimFast to Glanbia for $350 million in 2018, and he continued as CIO at Glanbia Performance Nutrition, adding VP of Integrated Marketing for DTC and Acquisition, through 2022.

As Chief Technology Officer at CellCore Biosciences from September 2022, he led the cloud migration, Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA rollout, a Microsoft Fabric data platform and the integration of Biocidin Botanicals.
